LLU stands for Local Loop Unbundled basicly this means other telecommunications providers can operate within the local BT exchange meaning
on LLU enabled exchanges higher speeds can be achieved than current BT network speeds, unfortuntaly this service isnt available at all exchanges,
but where it isnt available our Access Max and Access Prem products are, for more informtion please give us a call.

Further information:

There will be a one-off activation fee for lines without broadband of £99 for our LLU product & £40 for our Access products
If you’re migrating from another ISP its currently £40 for our LLU product & £11 for our Access products

Up to speeds means the product is rate adaptive and your actual speed will depend on the quality of the local loop copper and your distance from the local exchange
Please ask us for a speed estimate prior to placing an order.

During the first 10 days of service the line speed will regularly change, resetting the connection to the exchange every time. You may experience intermittent service during this period for that reason we are unable to report a fault. This is the service settling down to achieve the best rate possible

The contract period is one year if for whatever reason you wish to move away simply call our customer services team on 08444 12 7878 and ask for a Broadband MAC code.

If you simply want to cancel we will do this the same day, however please not it can take up to 7 days for BT to fully remove the service from your BT line and there is a charge of £35 for ceasing the service.

Top speeds can vary significantly, in particular because of a user’s distance from their local exchange, quality of your copper wiring and other enviromental issues.
